You can claim a site of your own on New Island. Once claimed, it will be permanently recorded at the Land Office and marked on the map. You’ll receive a Grant Deed, a custom-drawn plat map showing the location of your site, plus a painting of your place on its site. See examples of other peoples’ dream places here.

The New Island Guidebook and the color road map will help you get acquainted with the place.

I (Lee) will assist you in selecting the location of your site, and will create a watercolor painting of your dream house, farm, vineyard or magical bookstore. The floor plan, architectural style, and the location of your site are up to you. There are no building codes on New Island, so anything is possible.
